FSF: Microsoft can’t disavow GPL 3 obligations

The Free Software Foundation today chimed in on the controversial matter of Microsoft’s vouchers and their relationship to version 3 of the GPL. The FSF says Microsoft cannot divest itself of its obligations under intellectual property law.
